PDI BOSS provides a visual and operational check-up of the vehicle at the time of inspection. This includes an assessment of the exterior, interior, tyres, electronics, lights, basic mechanical components, and body condition. The report reflects current visible findings only and does not serve as a performance guarantee or future assurance.
This service is strictly visual and does not involve opening, dismantling, or disassembling any part of the vehicle. No mechanical repairs or internal diagnostics are performed during the inspection.
Inspections are conducted without removing any panels or internal parts. Components hidden behind covers or closed compartments are not inspected. Internal parts of the engine, gearbox, suspension, or steering are not checked unless visibly accessible.
PDI BOSS is not liable for hidden faults or issues that may arise after the inspection, such as engine overheating, electrical failures, fuel system problems, or other internal malfunctions.
The inspection does not include verification of RC (Registration Certificate), insurance, loan status, or challans. Clients are advised to verify all vehicle documentation through official channels.
If an estimated value is provided, it is based on the visual condition and general market trends. This does not represent a guaranteed resale or legal value.
The inspection report is based on the visual condition at the time of inspection only. PDI BOSS offers no warranties related to the vehicle’s performance, durability, or future resale value.
Clients must use the inspection report as one of several inputs for their purchase decision. A separate mechanical evaluation and documentation check is strongly recommended.
Cancellations or time changes must be communicated at least 4 hours in advance. Last-minute cancellations or rescheduling requests may incur charges or cause service delays.
All disputes arising from our services shall be governed by Indian law and fall under the jurisdiction of Delhi courts only.
By availing our service, you agree that any legal disputes shall first be addressed via arbitration in Delhi, as per the applicable legal framework.
Clients are welcome but not required to be present during the inspection. In their absence, the report prepared by our inspector will be considered final and binding, based on the vehicle’s condition at the time of inspection.
PDI BOSS reserves the right to cancel or refuse an inspection at the time of visit if the vehicle is found to be:
Unavailable
Excessively dirty
Locked or without keys
In a workshop
Unsafe to access
Or otherwise unsuitable for inspection
Vehicle images captured during inspection will be retained for 7 days only. After this period, images will be permanently deleted and cannot be retrieved for disputes or follow-ups
PDI BOSS may use digital tools, apps, or AI-based assistance to enhance inspection efficiency. However, these tools do not replace human judgment, and 100% accuracy is not guaranteed. The final report is based on inspector observations.
Inspection data (images, notes, documents) is stored securely for a maximum of 90 days. After this period, PDI BOSS will not be liable to provide any inspection data for any reason, including legal or follow-up purposes.
For electric vehicles, battery units or high-voltage systems are not opened or tested. Inspections are conducted only on externally visible and safe-to-check components. No high-voltage system testing is performed.
By booking our services, the client provides full consent to conduct the inspection and agrees to the terms and limitations stated above.
